The Northern Rail Programme is designed to support women and communities by improving access to opportunities, resources, and support systems that enable long-term growth.

Through structured engagement, partnerships, and targeted initiatives, the programme focuses on equipping participants with practical tools, confidence, and networks needed to thrive in both personal and professional environments.
